CALIFORNIA UTAH WOMEN GOES TO ONCE A YEAR

For all the many years that I have been associated with California Utah Women we have held luncheons twice a year. We look forward to the Fall luncheon with anticipation for the holidays and to the Spring luncheon to enjoy being together. To all of our many wonderful patrons who have been coming to our luncheons, we thank you for your support throughout the years.

Our luncheons are designed to get women together for a day of shopping, eating and entertainment... certainly something we all like to do. In the past 5 or so years many other venues have been decreasing the opportunities for many of you to attend the luncheons as you would like. Our Board of Directors have been discussing the idea of going to once a year for a while, but each time we felt like California Utah Women had such a nice event to offer and that we should kept providing this wonderful day for you. We also feel a great responsibility to Ettie Lee Homes for Youth and want to keep giving our support to them. However, with the economy having difficulty over the last few years, we finally decided to have a luncheon only once a year in the Fall. We have had our luncheon in Fall of 2010 and we will then have our next luncheon in Fall of 2011. We will then see what 2012 will bring and decide on our course at that time. I hope all of our wonderful ladies, daughters and gentlemen who have supported California Utah Women in the past will continue to attend our luncheons, shop at the boutique and enjoy the day with us.
